Draft needs corrections

The Polish Chamber of Insurance and Association for the Development of Motor Insurance and Automobile Market „Pro Motor” have announced that the government plan to lift Religa tax to be replaced by a recovery system is a step in good direction

Both institutions have noted that the draft requires numerous corrections, especially valuation of individual hospital services that would be applicable to the entire insurance market.

Pro-Motor Motor has stated that money which has so far been paid towards the National Health Fund as Religa tax should be allocated to cover losses to be generated following the introduction of a recovery system. No single zloty generated by Religa tax has yet been assigned to treat victims of traffic accidents.
